Now this is what everyone has been dreaming about (well people that love extreme sports and cool gadgets). Its called the Scarper board and it lets you “board” on different surfaces including snow, sand, mud, grass, concrete but unfortunately not on water. It does not have wheels must instead works with motorized tracks.

Reminds me of how a tank moves. Also on the down side looks to be the size of a tank. This may kick off but it just seems too big at the moment. Maybe the next model will be smaller and will allow you to skate board on water. But that is going to be a while because this is not out for 12 months. Link from Coolest Gadgets
