Top Street Stencil artist Banksy reportedly done the above graffiti as a commissioned piece for the Independent. I received this information from the londonist but I was actually very shocked as Banksy is the last person you would expect to do a commissioned piece of graffiti. But after further investigation it seems that this was actually all a mistake. Read the news paper article at the Independant and then visit the Banksy website and check out the news section.
