DMX, who was recently in the news for being arrested after his crazy behavior in a London airport, is going through a spiritual phase and planning on changing his name. You may remember when Puff daddy changed his name from Puff Daddy to P Diddy and then later decided to drop the P. Well DMX is making a bigger name change and the new name may be “the Dog”. This is what DMX has to say;

It’s just the whole Dark Man thing. Because if you look at it, from a spiritual point of view, the Bible teaches us that we can speak things into existence. … And Dark Man, you know, it may not be the best name for me.

What do you think of the new name (which by the way is not 100% confirmed). I really like DMX and I don’t think a name change will make a difference at all. Just hope that he’s music does not change. You can read the full story at MTV. [Image via Wikipedia]
