Taking inspiration from the past of America is very evident in Todd Lawson’s art work. As quoted from Todd’s profile a few influences of his work are “comic books, classic toys and retro paranoid advertising”. Todd was raised in Southern and Central Florida and is currently living in Canada. He has an great variety of mediums that he has worked on including skateboards, Vinyls and my favorite mini coffins. He has featured in many exhibitions is currently the art director of a design magazine. He is also working on a comic called R.Y.A.N and you view a few of the un-inked drawings on his site.
