This is the first time I have come across the graffiti artist PEZ and the extremely happy fish graffiti caught my eye immediately. I hardly see graffiti with humour and PEZ has tons of it in his style. After browsing though the huge gallery of amazing street art, the Picasso looking work above is my favorite.
