Retro advertisements make great art, but taking retro advertisements and putting a twist on them makes even better art. When you see the Twisted Fifties illustration you can immediately see the influence from old advertisements featuring similar women and art styles. The creator of these illustrations, Ben the illustrator, has this to say about his work;
