I may be a little late on this but a few days ago was Halloween. It is one of those times of the year where everything associated with horror becomes extremely popular and this year was no exception. One of my highlight of this year was seeing some great art based around the horror theme. One of my picks of the bunch was the “Monsters of the Movies” set created by Dan Goodsell. I am a big fan of Dan’s blog because of his cool character Mister Toast and other great work. These monsters are all famous characters we have grown up being scared of and Dan has captured the character of each monster perfectly but with a little twist of own injected into each monster. Visit The Mister Toast blog for more great treats and I highly recommend you keep it bookmarked.

1[…] Michael Fleming, aka Tweedlebop has produced this great 31 days of Monsters collection and it is just as impressive as Dan Goodsell’s monster collection. I love the retro style of illustration used to create each monster and this is one collection I would love to buy as a card set. My favourites from the set are No. 28 Chester “Chewy” Bogg and No. 16 Esther Eidolon and the Family Plot Band. [link via Ward-O-Matic] […]
