Good news for all you Wispa chocolate lovers from the 80s and 90s. You may have been sad to see it being taken off the shelf in 2003 but thanks to the huge online petitions Cadburys have decided to bring it back. Celebrate and go back in time at the Cadburys Wispa site.

Indulge yourself at the gallery of hand transformed PEZ by Atypyk and bask at the delightful results. I love the fact that modifications are very subtle and refined.

Now you now what it is like to be a living gummy bear.. just got to love Robot Chicken.

I am a huge fan of the new Battlestar Galactica and so its interesting to take a look at some of the original program characters and scenes via some vintage Battlestar Galactica bubblegum cards and compare it to the new series. A big surprise for me is that the original Starbuck was a bloke….

You wouldn’t believe it but PEZ have a history of using beautiful women in advertisements to promote their very popular sweets and dispensers. PEZ list has put together a great article following the history of this sex sells practice used by PEZ. Check it out - The Sexy Side Of PEZ

This superb PEZ USB drive with a C-3PO head looks like something out of an actual Star Wars movie. This is a modified USB Drive put into a PEZ dispenser and fitted with ultra cool LED lights for the eyes. If you want to build you own the full instructions are over at Instructables.

Check out these super cool gummy bear creations - The Gummy Bears Rug and The Gummy Bears Chandelier. These would make perfect additions to that house full of things you could nibble on that you wished for when you were a child (or maybe that was only me who made those wishes).

They just don’t make them like they used to…Remember the days of the penny sweet? And when your local newsagent stocked every sweet you could ever lust after….the days before Woolworths came along and installed pick and mix stations? (Now I feel old…) Well now you can have them back!

These guys deliver those exact old school sweets to your door, any amount, any combination and they promise there’s not a sweet or chocolate you can think of that they don’t stock…you can even buy huge jars of the sugary stuff, just like they used to be. Go easy on those teeth now people….

Jelly Babies have got to be one of the most famous sweets ever created. They are undeniably tasty and have been going on strong for many years. But did you know tat they were originally called Peace Babies. They were created by Bassett’s in 1918 to mark the end of World War 1. However production was stopped during World War 2, but they were relaunched in 1953 under their new name Jelly Babies. I did not know the Jelly Babies had such a great history and that makes them truly great retro sweets. If you have not tasted Jelly Babies before I suggest you had over to your nearest shop to but a pack.
