One thing I loved about New York was seeing all the breakdancers in the Subway stations. However breakdancing on the tube was something I never thought off but this kids make it look easy. Remember this is a moving train.

I might be a little late on this but it is never to late to watch a good old B-Boy battle especially when the best Breakdance talent from all over the world were involved. 16 B-Boys were picked to battle it out with each round being a knock out round until there was 1 man standing. Watch the 26 minute Red Bull BC One Brazil 2006 video and see how the champ makes it to the top.

Michael Jackson must be giggling at the fact that Thriller has been performed by inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center. This is hilarious, cool and just damn right strange. Top marks to the performance…

B-Boys for Life is taking place on Sat 23rd June at the Birmingham Rep Theatre and is a celebration of British B-Boy and B-Girl culture. Anyone involved or looking to get involved in the Breakdance scene should definitely check this out as there will be discussions, masterclasses and performances. More info at Punch Records.

These 3 dancers may not be the greatest dancers in the world but they sure are good and do quite a impressive performance. I love the beginning of the routine as it shows that dancing does not always have to be serious but instead can be quite hilarious and fun. The rest of the routine is pretty standard though.

Not a good a combination at all. Watch the video and see why. I have actually seen this guy breakdance when I went to New York a few years ago.
