Whenever I receive an email from Erick at Esc-Toy the little kid inside me gets very excited because I know he will be showing something very cool, unique and exciting. Esc-Toy are dropping some of the hottest toys I have seen so far this year at this years NYCC. The new Kissaki figure and 3 colourways of the new Old School Kaiju figure Dizign (which is amazing) which all stand at 10″ tall will be exclusives at the show with very limited numbers.

There will also be a few other treats so check all the images below and visit Esc-Toy for more info about the show schedule.

Toy Karma

Toy Karma took place on Sept 8th 2007 and it was filled with a lot of kaiju awesomeness. The show presented United States, Japan and Global artists who are inspired by Classic Japanese Toys and was curated by Mark Nagata

Seems lately the posts coming up in my reader are about a lot of Kaiju-icyness…. lol (pardon the corny pun). Here are some cool ones posted on Toybot Studios blog.

Apparently according to Vinyl Abuse, Bigshot Toyworks has decided to be the company to handle producing Nathan Jerevicius’s newest figures, that are very Kaiju-inspired. In my opinion from the looks of it? I’ve not a big fan of Kaiju, but in spite of that, Nathan’s figures are superb! I love them! See for yourself and decide

The Wonderwall Kaiju for Growups series does not usually disappoint and this sneak peak of Tokidoki’s contribution to the series looks set to strengthen the series even more.
