At SDCC 2007 Neth Creatures is releasing their new collection the Woodland Collection upon an unexpected world. These are resin cast and very limited in number as the information shows, which there apparently isn’t much of yet.

Toby HK hits us with the third figure in the Dumb Dummies series: Holy MD. Its pretty huge standing more than 12″ tall and almost as wide.. it would fill a good chunk of shelf space in your detolf, but just look at it! It would be worth it to sacrifice that space wouldn’t it? :D Holy MD is an SDCC exclusive and is from Kaching Brands. Limited to 200 pcs. at $99 — pretty reasonable, if you ask me. Incredible MD (pictured in green) will be followed by other styles in the series including King MD, MC MD and more..

Eyegore is a prototype of a toy figure by The Pizz being produced by Munky King. Although its not particularly my style, I find that the prototype shows great craftsmanship and the sculpting detail is superb. Here is a quote from the Pizz about the figure:

“Eyegore was birthed in a painting displayed in the Laguna Art Museum’s “Kustom Kulture” exhibition. The piece was named ” A Salute To The Holy Trinity Of Von Dutch, Ed “Big Daddy” Roth and Robt. Wms”… back in 1992. The piece was named ”

Featuring a little chrome eyeball dude, he’s an amalgamation of the three hot-rod maestros’ various signature creations and stylistic calling cards, so we got Dutch’s Flying Eyeball and Roth’s Rat Fink and William’s Cootchy Cootie, with a heavy mix of the three’s cult-like Wehrmacht obsession and the overabundance of chromage…He also harkens to my creation for the Sympathy For The Record Industry’s “Eldridge Cleaver” charactor…same hob-nailed biker boots and WWI-era StahlHelm…

Ray Brown, who really brings out the amiably goofy aspect of this little guy… “

Eyegore (prototype) will be at SDCC 2007, so check it out!

Good news Bob Dob and vinyl toy fans… StrangeCo and Bob Dob have teamed up to create a toy which I predict will rule the toy world. You may recognize Mr Luey from some of Bob Dob’s paintings and the transition from 2D to 3D could not have been any better.

There will be 3 versions of the 5.5″ toy coming out… Luey Lunger, Luey Lipper and Luey Livid and you will notice the difference in the accessories and facial expressions on each version.

Unfortunately there are no images yet of of the final version so you will just have to wait and see what the final coloured versions look like. They are due to Debut at SDCC 07 and the best bit of new is that are only going to be $20 each.

These are the first pics released of the Ulligus and Sugs release for SDCC 2007. Youve seen images of them but these are the first pics that are actual photos of the released toys that will be showing up at SDCC.

The Yellow Pair of Sug and Ulligu is called the Urban Recovery Series. Ultra limited at only 40 pcs, people… If you want these, you’ll have to be among the first in line! The orange Sug and Ulligu isn’t quite so limited though still probably won’t last too long cus they’re so darned cool, are called the Search and Rescue series.

Ok I already liked the Kanser figure in its previous incarnations and I already love Andrew Bell’s art so I guess its inevitable that I personally would be drooling over the new Lotus Kanser figures coming out at SDCC this year. But it doesn’t end there for me. The fact is, IMO, although this still has the style that is recognizeable as Andrew Bell’s if you really look at it, he’s out done himself on these. It seems to me he’s gone out on a limb a little with the design and it worked out absolutely great!

These two new Kanser figures coming from ToyQube are the first releases of the Artist Series in Keith Poon’s Kanser figure line. The grey lotus figure will be limited to a run of 400 numbered pieces at SDCC’s ToyQube booth (#4937). Estimated price is $45. They will be available at select retailers a few weeks following SDCC. The Black Kanser is more limited at a run of only 200 figures. The first 50 will be available at Dumbrella’s SDCC Booths (#1355 and #1337) for about $55.

I don’t know about you, but I really want to save for one of these or both actually. They are just very very cool indeed.

Frank Kozik is pumping out lots of greats toys as usual and there are some real gems coming soon. Here are my favourite toys created the toy genius.

Jamungo 9″ Clockwork NADE. Limited to 130 pieces. A SDCC exclusive which is going to sell out fast because it is such a great design.

Jake, the Amazing Smorkin’ Watermelon, 5 Pack of 1.5 inch toys. One of the best toys from the monger series 1 gets its own spin off series featuring some superb designs.

Monger Farms - Country Time Breakfast. Not much info on this yet but you can see drawings of the 5 toys that will be in the pack.

Captian Blood from the new Frank Koziks Menthol Mongers series coming out towards the end of the year. Nice little design and I cant wait to see the other figures in the series.

7″ Black Anarchy ‘Sarge’. Another SDCC exclusive limited to only 130 pieces. The mini sarge was also from the mongers series 1 and looks great as a 7″ figure.
