Skateboards are such a superb medium for art so here are some recent decks that show us how it should be done.

First up are the Ecko Artist Series Skate decks that never fail to impress and the new Makeset collection (above) is full of creative beauty and colour overload.

A custom deck by Albert Cerriteno, an artist who’s work I really enjoy. Make sure you check it out for the loser details.

Supreme x Murakami / Mr. Skate Decks. I feel a Japan cartoon culture is flying around here. Should skate decks really look this cute???

If your interested in learning more about the Artist Skateboards and decks culture then read the Concrete 2 Canvas: More Skateboarders’ Art book review over at Ektopia.
