Good news Bob Dob and vinyl toy fans… StrangeCo and Bob Dob have teamed up to create a toy which I predict will rule the toy world. You may recognize Mr Luey from some of Bob Dob’s paintings and the transition from 2D to 3D could not have been any better.

There will be 3 versions of the 5.5″ toy coming out… Luey Lunger, Luey Lipper and Luey Livid and you will notice the difference in the accessories and facial expressions on each version.

Unfortunately there are no images yet of of the final version so you will just have to wait and see what the final coloured versions look like. They are due to Debut at SDCC 07 and the best bit of new is that are only going to be $20 each.

Four minis that are an offshoot of Nathan J’s mini treehouse figures have been manifested in an upcoming animated series called Dudson’s Modern Tales. Originally the characters were made popular in vinyl. I think its very exciting to see an artist’s characters get realized in animation this way. Great going, Nathan! W00T!

New from STRANGEco, 2 new I.nsurgents W.ilderness G.ruppo Toys to add to your collection.. I personally have not started collecting these myself but I will say to all of you who have not seen any of these toys up close and personal that they are definitely worthy additions to anyone’s display case. Though I have not seen these new ones personally, all of the ones I have taken a look at are of very high quality and have great detail.
